Will my team actually use it?
Your team signs in with Google, records leave, and checks coverage in the shared schedule. Slack delivery and Google Calendar sync are planned, not available today.
What happens to my data if we leave?
Yours, always. Export every leave, employee, and approval to CSV from Reports.
SOC 2, SSO, audit log?
SOC 2 certification and enterprise SSO are not available today. Ample uses Google sign-in and per-organization data isolation. If your team requires SOC 2 to evaluate vendors, we're not ready for you yet — and we'll say so.
Does it work with my HRIS or payroll?
You can export your records as CSV. Google Calendar sync is planned. Direct integrations with Deel, Rippling, and BambooHR are on the roadmap. If your HRIS already handles PTO well, you probably don't need us.
We're on standard PTO with accruals — is Ample for us?
Honestly? Probably not. Ample is built specifically for unlimited PTO; we don't track allowances, carryover, or TOIL on purpose. If you need accrual math, BambooHR or Charlie HR are better choices.
